How we collect, use, and protect your personal information

1. Identity of the Data Controller
Le Diamant | Mobile Nursing Services, operated by Amina Kadri, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and its contact system.

2. Information We Collect
We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide through our contact form. This information may include your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, service of interest, and any additional note you choose to share.
We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond the service category you select, nor do we process payment card data (all services are billed directly at the time of the visit).
We automatically collect your IP address and browser information for security and rate-limiting purposes. This data is stored temporarily and is not used for profiling.
Appointment bookings: We do not collect or store any appointment-related data on our platform. All appointment bookings are exclusively managed through our subcontractor ClicSanté (portal3.clicsante.ca), which operates its own secure system and is subject to its own privacy policy.
3. Purposes of Collection and Use
Personal information collected through our contact form is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry.
We do not sell, rent, or track your personal information for any third party. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
4. Subcontractors
We use the following subcontractors, each bound by appropriate data processing agreements:
Resend (resend.com): Email delivery service used to send acknowledgements for contact form submissions. Data is processed in transit only, with no persistent storage of email content. Data may be routed through servers outside Canada.
Brevo (brevo.com): Email communication service provider used to send transactional and informational emails. Data may be routed through servers outside Canada.
ClicSanté (portal3.clicsante.ca): Online appointment booking platform developed by Trimoz Technologies, used by clients to schedule visits with Le Diamant. All appointment-related data, including personal information entered at the time of booking, is exclusively collected, stored, and managed by ClicSanté. We do not have access to or control over data held within their platform. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policy, available at portal3.clicsante.ca/privacy.
Vercel (vercel.com): Infrastructure and hosting provider. Your requests may be processed through Vercel's global edge network, including servers located outside Canada.
No other subcontractor has access to your personal information.
5. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months.
IP addresses collected for rate-limiting purposes are retained for up to 1 hour.
You may request deletion of your records at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your Rights
Under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25, Québec) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Deletion: request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Portability: receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used format.
Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information at any time, where processing is based on consent.

7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction. These measures include encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls on our administrative systems, and secure password hashing for all authentication.
In the event of a privacy incident affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) as required by law.
